How can I contact you?

Where do you deliver?
We are proud Geelong locals, and happy to offer free delivery in the Geelong area.
We deliver for free from Armstrong creek, to Corio, all the way to Leopold and anywhere in between.
We can deliver to suburbs outside this, however there may be a small surcharge, get in touch with us to find out.
Do you do same day delivery deadline?
At Posy of the day, we don't have any deadlines, we stop taking orders when we've run out of fresh flowers for the day, so please get in touch and find out if we're sold out or not yet.
Future orders can be placed anytime in advance and we always recommend placing them early to avoid disappointment and so you don't forget!
What should I include in my delivery instructions?
We really appreciate when you double check your recipients address info and where they will be on the day.
Please included any relevant info you can, like a ward/bed number for hospitals, or a level number for buildings, or business name if applicable. If sending a posy to a hospital please be aware that some wards might not accept flower deliveries such as ICU and emergency.
You can add in any extra info which my help us track down the recipient or where to leave your posy. In the event that your recipient can't accept their posy themselves, our trusty courier will find a safe, shady spot away from street view. Or if possible with a co-worker, reception or mail room.
As a last resort, if there is no where safe to leave your posy our courier will give you a call and you may choose to have the posy re-delivered to another address, however there may be a re-delivery fee of $12.50.
What about my personal message?
We offer a personal hand written message with each posy. Please note we write exactly what you have written, we don’t spell check. We never give order or billing information to the recipient, so make sure you tell them who it’s from unless you wish to remain anonymous.
What time is my posy coming?
We deliver from 9am, all day to 5pm. If you have any special time requests (maybe you're recipient finishes work at 1pm, or they work at a school) please let us know on the notes page, and we will do our best to make it work.
Our couriers spread the smiles in the most efficient way for their daily route, this helps keep our costs down, but it means we can't always give you a specific time for your delivery.
How do I know when they've been delivered?
You will always receive a confirmation when they've safely arrived so you know you can give yourself a well deserved pat on the back. This may arrive as an email or a text message to the phone number you've provided as the billing address (or shipping address if they're the same).
Don't forget to add us to your email address book so your notification doesn't accidentally go into your junk mail!
What if the recipient isn't home?
Unfortunately, we can't hang around too long. If no one answers the door, then our delivery person will do their best to find somewhere your flowers will be sheltered, and be seen by the home owner when they arrive home.
Can I order a specific selection of flowers?
If there is a specific flower you'd like included in your posy, you can always let our florist know in the notes section, however our florist always picks the days flowers with quality, locality and seasonality in mind, so we can't make any promises. We would never send you anything that doesn't meet our high standards.
Help! There's a problem with my order!
Big breath, don't panic. These things happen, email us as soon as you can at hello@posyoftheday.com.
We understand people love to leave work early on their birthdays, pull a sickie or get addresses mixed up. If your order hasn't left yet we can help you redirect to any address. If your posy has already left the building we can get in touch with your courier but just keep in mind that they're on a tight schedule and we can't send them too far off track, so there may be a re-delivery fee.
Because we operate on a super quick turn around we really need 24 hours notice to cancel or postpone any orders.
